Refund policy

Within 30 days after you have received your order, if you find you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact us at coloradobookworms@gmail.com to let us know what issues you might be having with your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer's full responsibility. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.


Your satisfaction and happiness is our top commitment. If an error was made on our part, we will do what we can to fix it! Thanks for your support!


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
